How to Use the 55 Second Timer
1. Set Your Duration
Enter your desired time in the Timer Settings field (format: HH:MM:SS or MM:SS). Default is 55 seconds, but you can set any duration.
2. Customize Appearance
Use the color pickers to customize the timer rings, progress indicator, and text display to match your preferences.
3. Choose a Background
Select from preset backgrounds or upload your own image to create the perfect ambiance for your session.
4. Start Your Timer
Click the START button to begin countdown. Use PAUSE to temporarily stop, and the reset button to start over.
5. Track Your Progress
Watch the circular progress ring fill as time counts down. Completed sessions are automatically tracked at the bottom.
